Busy working mum & fitness

It’s one of those things that we constantly strive for perfection, how much time do we give to our house, our husband, our children and when do we give times for ourselves, I am preparing myself that very soon another baby could be on the cards, ideally I would like to be about 5kg lighter, so it’s time to throw on the running shoes and start to commit. I have a triathlon in another 4 weeks so it’s really time to knuckle down and see it out.

I will be starting to post about how my training is going and how my meal plan is all going, that helps me stay on track.
